Andrea is a qualified enterprise coach and trainer with over three decades of experience in delivery, software development, leadership, teamwork, and quick-to-market initiatives. She is passionate about applying Lean, Agile, and DevOps to achieve business goals.

Andrea is known for her clear communication, deep empathy, and ability to connect seamlessly with executives, leaders, and teams.

About Simba

Simba is Agile Hut’s most consistent team member and resident Chief Morale Officer. While he has no formal qualifications in leadership, or organisational change, he has mastered the art of being present, curious, and completely unbothered by deadlines.

His responsibilities include supervising virtual meetings from a comfortable chair, ensuring regular screen breaks, testing the comfort level of office furniture, and providing emotional support during challenging client engagements. Simba firmly believes that most problems can be improved with a good nap, a stretch, and a fresh perspective.

Known for his independent thinking and refusal to be micromanaged, Simba serves as a daily reminder that sustainable pace, wellbeing, and balance matter just as much as productivity.

When not working, Simba enjoys sunbathing, strategic bird watching, demanding attention at inconvenient moments, and reminding the team who is really in charge.
