The AI-Empowered SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) course equips Product Owners and Product Managers with the practical skills to maximise value, understand customer needs, manage backlogs, and connect product strategy with execution.
Participants learn how to perform the day-to-day responsibilities of the Product Owner and Product Manager roles, prepare for and support PI Planning, manage features and stories, prioritise work, improve flow, and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
The course also introduces practical ways to use AI to enhance product management, including backlog refinement, prioritisation, feature discovery, customer personas, and stakeholder communication. Participants learn how to use AI responsibly while protecting sensitive information, giving them practical techniques they can immediately apply in their roles.
This was a deeply useful course that not only addressed practical problems I’ve encountered before, but equipped me with new tools that open a world of possibility in how to address these challenges in future.
