Agile is a mindset or philosophy for managing work, especially in complex and changing environments. It is based on the Agile Manifesto. Agile encourages flexibility, collaboration, and customer feedback to deliver value early and often.

Scrum is a specific framework used to apply Agile principles. It provides accountabilities, events, and artifacts to help teams work in an Agile way. Scrum teams work in timeboxed iterations (called sprints, usually 1–4 weeks) to deliver small, usable pieces of work.
